For 24/7 BNSH sites, the turnaround time is 24 clock hours with SLA from 1 hours, 2 hours, 12 hours and 24 hours.For non-24/7 sites, the turnaround time is 24 business hours (using, eight hours per work day).There are exceptions, such as when a physical or power audit is being performed, or for large rack-and-stack installations.
